My passion for volunteering began with Math Matters following my personal interest in Mathematics. Starting from elementary school, Mathematics has always been my favorite subject. By noticing that math isn’t easy for everyone, I decided to join Math Matters to help students who need help. I believe that teaching math to students not only benefits the students individually but also benefits the tutors. Throughout the process of teaching, I have developed self-confidence and communication skills with younger students and peers.
