Tutors at Math Matters are the foundation of our service. Their hard work and dedication are essential to the success of students and the mission of our organization. We recognize all the hard-working tutors who contributed their time and went above and beyond to help students build their love and confidence in math.
The demonstrated impact of community service at Math Matters have earned the accreditation as an approved certifying organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA). Math Maters is honored to help tutors to apply for PVSA so that all their great contributions can be rewarded. Volunteers will receive recognition according to the hours they contributed to teaching. At the end of each reporting period, volunteers who accumulated sufficient service hours are eligible to apply for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) through Math Matters.
